Please Note:  The reduced convention rate will not be available for reservations made after this date. 

Please be considerate when making your room reservations and only reserve the number of rooms that you will actually need.  At previous conventions, we learned that several districts made large numbers of reservations thereby filling the entire hotel room block.  Those districts did not release extra rooms until the deadline not knowing that other districts were waiting for rooms to be released.  This resulted in the districts waiting for rooms to have to pay at a much higher rate than the convention room rate.

ISBA has implemented a policy that those individuals with hotel reservations must be registered for the Annual Convention no later than October 1, 2010.  If you are not registered for the convention but have a hotel room in your name, ISBA reserves the right to cancel your room to allow those registered for convention to have a hotel room on-site.
