The Idaho School Boards Association Foundation (ISBAF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation created in 2007 for the purpose of raising academic expectations and promoting practices that will help more students reach college/career readiness.  Its five board members and the executive director are all unpaid volunteers.
