Administrator Positions

Position: Interim Superintendent

District: Coeur d’Alene School District 271

Summary: Coeur d'Alene School District 271 is accepting applications for Interim Superintendent. This position will serve as Chief Administrator of the District and Chief Administrative Officer of the Board of Trustees providing leadership and direction to every member of the administrative, instructional, and support services staff in the effort to provide a quality education for students enrolled in the schools of the Coeur d’Alene School District.

Salary: The salary will be no less than $125,000, depending on education and experience.

Position: Director of Finance and Operations

District: Coeur d’Alene School District 271

Summary: Coeur d'Alene School District 271 is looking for a Director of Finance and Operations, an administrative position whose primary function is to assist the Superintendent in the task of providing leadership and direction in the areas of school district financial planning and budgeting, purchasing, facilities and property management, transportation, maintenance, nutrition services, School PLUS, and other operational functions.

Salary & Benefits: Full benefits and a starting salary of $95,000 - $110,000 depending on education and/or experience.

Position: Human Resources Director

District: Lakeland Joint School District No. 272

Summary: The Human Resources Director shall be responsible for the administration and coordination of classified and certificated functions of the Human Resources Division. To plan, organize, and direct a comprehensive human resources program, including recruitment, selection, classification, wage and salary administration, position control, job analysis, employee relations, Interest Based Bargaining, leave and benefit administration, employee records management, employment reporting, and employee and supervisory assistance. To serve as the principal advisor to the Superintendent regarding federal and state law, Idaho Administrative Rules, and Board policy relating to employer/employee relations and advise, direct, and assist, as necessary, in their implementation.

Salary & Benefits: Annual salary shall be no less than $55,000 and will be determined based on experience and education. A full Benefit Package including: employee paid medical/dental; $20,000 life insurance; retirement with PERSI; paid holidays and sick leave.
