Encouraging the continued education of both community and school board members, ISBA hopes to highlight the importance of leading by example as well as recognizing local commitment in Idaho communities.<\/p>\n<h4>Board Chair of the Year Award<\/h4>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><div class=\"image-block right\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.idsba.org\/convention\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/08\/BoardChair_logo.png\" width=\"162\" height=\"149\" \/><\/div>ISBA would like to recognize an amazing board chair who runs a well structured meeting. This award should honor an individual for their leadership and advocacy at the local, county, regional, state, and\/or federal level.
