Tim Garchow Biography
Tim Garchow has dedicated 28 years to public education, serving as a special education and elementary science teacher, principal, and superintendent for 12 years. He spent 8 years as Executive Director of the Washington State School Directors’ Association (WSSDA) and currently serves as the Assistant Executive Director of the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA). Tim brings deep leadership experience and a lifelong commitment to supporting students, educators, and school leaders across the state. Outside of work, Tim is a devoted husband, proud grandfather, avid sailor, and enthusiastic world traveler.
