How can I attend the Convention?
ISBA is offering two methods for attendance, in-person, or virtual.
How do I register for the 2021 ISBA Annual Convention?
Participants can email or mail their registration form. Please use the same registration form for either in-person or virtual attendance. Forms can be found here.
What is the cost to attend?
In-person and virtual conference registration are the same cost. You can find conference registration rates here.
Where can I review the companies exhibiting at the Convention?
Exhibitors will be listed in the Convention Book provided at Registration.
Do I have to wear a mask ?
Masks will be required. However, attendees who do not wish to wear a mask can submit a negative COVID test to be exempted from the requirement. Proof of negative COVID test may be done within 72 hours prior to arriving at the venue or ISBA will have rapid COVID tests at the event site at no cost to the attendee. If you plan to bring proof of a negative COVID test, please prepare to show that at registration.
Will masks be provided?
Yes. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided at registration.
Will ISBA provide on-site COVID testing for those who choose not to wear a mask?
Yes, rapid COVID tests will be provided on site at no cost to the attendee. Please plan on arriving at least thirty to forty-five minutes early if you plan to get a COVID test on site.
What if my test result is positive?
If your test result comes back positive, the Pharmacist will direct you to receive an additional rapid test. If the second test comes back negative, you are presumed to be negative, and will be allowed back on site. If your second test still comes back positive, or you do not wish to receive confirmatory testing, you will be required to participate in the convention virtually.
Do I need to make any prior arrangements to receive my meals as boxed to-go meals, rather than plated or buffet meals eaten in the main dining area?
Yes. If you’re attending in-person and want to arrange for a box meal, please remember to let us know in this survey.
You do so by accessing the videos or recordings, communicating with exhibitors and sponsors, and networking with other Convention attendees on the Whova App.
Will sessions be recorded for later viewing? How can I access them?
The Whova app will include all the pre-recorded and recorded workshops. Due to the nature of a hybrid convention, the recordings may not appear until 1-2 days after the workshop. The Whova app and all the workshops will be available for up to 6 months after the ISBA Convention.
How can I download the Whova App?
If downloading the app on your phone, please refer to the QR code and event invitation code HERE. If you are using a computer, please refer to the email sent a few weeks before convention with the website link
