How Can I Attend the Convention?

The convention will be an in-person event only this year. There will not be a virtual option.


How do I register for the 2026 ISBA Annual Convention?

Participants can submit a registration form through the “Member Hub” portal on the ISBA website, or click HERE.


What is the cost to attend?

Where can I review the companies exhibiting at the Convention?

Exhibitors will be listed in the Convention Book provided at Registration.


When and where will the ISBA Annual Convention take place?

The 83rd ISBA Annual Convention starts on Wednesday, November 12 and ends on Friday, November 14. It will be held at the Coeur d’Alene Resort in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.


When will registration open?

Registration for the 83rd Annual Convention will open on September 2, 2026.

What does my registration include?

Your registration fee provides access to three general sessions, Wednesday lunch, two keynote speakers, six workshop sessions, awards banquet + dinner, exhibit show + refreshment social and prize drawing, along with many opportunities to network with other Board members around the state.

Your registration fee provides access to all Convention events with the exception of Early Birds, which is an additional fee.

Please note: Early Bird Workshops have separate registration costs.


What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Please note, a cancellation fee of $75.00 per attendee will be charged for cancellations. Requests for
cancellations can be honored only if made in writing and emailed, or mailed to ISBA by October 22,
2026. The refund amount will be your registration minus the $75.00 cancelation fee. After OCTOBER 22nd, NO
refunds will be provided.
“No Shows” will not be refunded. However, those registered who are unable to attend are entitled to send substitutes
in their place.


What if I have food allergies or diet restrictions?

New to the registration form this year, a space has been provided where a specific food allergy can be placed next to your name. If you have other diet restrictions please contact the ISBA office no later than October 30, 2025. After this date, ISBA cannot guarantee any special food arrangements.


I would like to transfer my convention registration to another person in my district. What do I need to do?

Please contact Ashley Slusher at the ISBA office, and she will accommodate your transfer request. We ask that you do this as quickly as possible so a new name tag may be created for the new registrant.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. Invoices will be sent to the registrant who sent in the registration form. We ask that you share that with your clerk/business manager.


Can my district or charter school pay with a purchase order (P.O.)?

You may register with a P.O. For billing and confirmation purposes, ISBA will send the invoices for payment.


I am making hotel accommodations for at least five board members. What process should I use?

Please contact Ashley Slusher at the ISBA office, and she will answer all your questions.


I am a newly elected or first-term board member. What workshops would be good for me to attend?
