ISBA’s model policies and procedures are generally available as a fee-based service available only to ISBA members.
ISBA’s Policy Update Service is a subscription service available to ISBA members. It includes access to the policy updates issued approximately quarterly to address changes in state and federal law and administrator rules as well as emerging issues. These updates are reviewed by an attorney before we release them. We provide policy memos and periodic webinars explaining the reasons for these updates and how strongly we recommend adopting them.
This service also includes access to a read-only copy of ISBA’s Model Policy Manual that can be used as a reference. Those who upgrade to our Policy Plus service also have access to a copy of the manual that can be downloaded in Word format, uploaded to GoogleDocs, or copied into the Board’s own Simbli website and edited.

Policies Available to All Districts and Charter Schools
While most ISBA policies and procedures are available exclusively to subscribers, select policies are available to all Idaho districts and charter schools. In recognition of the urgency of some issues and the contributions of our community partners in creating these policies and related items, we are making them publicly available.
