April Hoy

April took the scenic route through her college education, alighting on areas such as philosophy, secondary education, sociology, and historical research before finding her love of policy and eventually graduating from Boise State University with a Master of Public Administration. She’s a whiz at policy and a lover of good spreadsheets. Outside of work, she loves playing board games, Dungeons & Dragons, and rugby. April also enjoys inventing bizarre new knitting projects for herself.
