Labor Relations

ISBA Job Center
The ISBA has created the ISBA Job Center to provide districts the opportunity to post job openings to reach the greatest audience possible. The fee to post a job is minimal and there are several options for districts to choose from to help promote the openings.

Searchable Master Agreements
This site contains all of the Master Agreements ISBA has received from school districts. The purpose of this sight is provide a searchable database for negotiation purposes. Oftentimes during negotiations, issues will be brought to the table that your school district may not have previously addressed. This database gives you access to dozens of other Master Agreements that may contain language that would be useful to you in crafting the new language for your district’s agreement. Salary Schedule
Each year, ISBA compiles salary schedule information from Idaho school districts and creates the Salary Schedule. The Salary Schedule is offered in electronic format to all district members as part of their membership dues. (Click links below to view salary schedule.)

Negotiations Service
To assist your district in meeting the challenges brought about by labor negotiations and labor relations in general, ISBA staff offers negotiation services. View flyer.
