Dr. Phil Gore

Dr. Phil Gore is a researcher, author, and speaker. He has served school boards nationally for nearly 18 years. He co-edited Improving School Board Effectiveness. Phil has a book coming out, Confessions of a School Board Member. 

Phil has a PhD in educational leadership and a bachelor’s in management.   

Phil has lived a life of public service. He has served on various national, state, and local boards and committees, including serving as a local school board member.
