Professional Learning Opportunities

At ISBA, we support school boards in realizing their local vision for student success. Through expert training, events, and resources, we help school directors develop the skills needed to lead with confidence. Our approach is grounded on a common framework for school board service – centered on effective governance, visionary leadership, and strategic advocacy – ensuring that every board has the tools to serve their communities effectively.
Listed below are key elements of our year-round training and events that are designed to strengthen your leadership and equip you to create the ideal conditions for student success.
