Policy Update Service
ISBA’s Policy Update Service is a subscription service available to ISBA members. It includes access to the policy updates ISBA issues approximately quarterly to address changes in state and federal law and administrator rules as well as emerging issues. These updates are reviewed by an attorney before we release them. We provide policy memos and periodic webinars explaining the reasons for these updates and how strongly we recommend adopting them.
This service also includes access to a read-only copy of ISBA’s Model Policy Manual that can be used as a reference. Those who upgrade to our Policy Plus service also have access to a copy of the manual that can be downloaded in Word format, uploaded to GoogleDocs, or copied into the Board’s own Simbli website and edited.
